Almost 2am.

I can't sleep. I have no idea if this is because of the fact that I have so much to think about at the moment or if it's because I took a dose of Robitussin that was the non-drowsy formula. Probably a combination of both.

I got to Florida last night around 7pm after a long day of traveling. On the road to the Tucson airport at 4:30 in the morning and then a day of flying standby (which, even though I missed getting on both of the flights I wanted to be on, wasn't really that bad of an experience), makes for an exhausting day. I slept in until almost 11am this morning - I'll pin that on not having gone to bed at all before leaving for the airport on Monday as well as the time change back to Eastern Standard Time. :) Once I got up and ready to go, Nate and I went and met Amanda for lunch and then he took me around to do a little job hunting. I got a few applications in and made an appointment for an interview at a staffing agency for Wednesday (today, really) at 1:30pm. I hope something comes of that pretty quickly, or that I'll get a call back from one of the many places I've sent my resume this evening.

I feel like this is the right place to be and feel good about being here now. I'm looking forward to getting a job and then getting my car and the remainder of my belongings down here.

Okay, that's all I've got for right now...I'm going to try to fall asleep. Wish me luck!
