I had the opportunity to go see A Fine Frenzy with my friend, Lauren, on Tuesday night at Old Cabell Hall...I'm OH-SO-GLAD I did...they were seriously incredible! The acoustics in that auditorium are to die for and watching these three (sometimes four...they had a local Charlottesvillian cellist playing with them on a few of the songs) play together was completely mesmerizing. Their concert was, by far, the best I've been to in recent history.
I, of course, took my camera and managed to take about 500 pictures in the course of the hour and a half or so that they were on stage...which, I'm sure was annoying to Lauren and the other concert goers around me but I simply couldn't resist...and I'm honestly glad I DIDN'T resist!!!!! :)
So, I got about 40 pictures that were halfway decent out of all of those pictures...and I thought I'd share them here...I hope you enjoy them! And definitely check out A Fine Frenzy on youtube/itunes/etc. I particularly suggest the following songs for your listening pleasure - "Blow Away", "Happier", "Rangers", "Almost Lover", "Near to You".
